The currently released Beta version of DocQ has many powerful features, including tools for annotating & editing PDF's, signing PDF's, creating fillable forms, as well as functionality for collaborating and publishing PDF files.

The DocQ Typewriter Tool allows text to be added to any PDF.

• Forms

DocQ features tools for creating electronically fillable forms.

• Digital Signatures

DocQ features the ability to electronically sign PDF's using the DocQ certification.

• Sharing & Collaboration

Alternatively, PDF's can be shared within DocQ, with the ability to enable or restrict annotation permissions.

• Online Storage & Document Management System

DocQ facilitates the filing of PDF's for future reference. "Smart Tags" allow tagged PDF's to be searchable, as well as grouped and navigated by browsing the Smart Tags folders.

Publishing

DocQ enables PDF's to be securely published via a URL to the DocQ viewer. Viewers do not need a DocQ account, and are restricted from annotations.

DocQ On Ramp

The DocQ On Ramp is a desktop application associated with a DocQ user account. The program is available for free, and features a PDF print driver, allowing any printable file to be made available as a PDF in DocQ.
